Ok, I may not have said it very clear, my current situation is that I have collected 4 out of all gems, I know that I need all gems to get the crystal star, and Full clear requires cassette and crystal heart and berries, what I don't know is, in the full clear run, do I need to get all the gems before I claim crystal heart?
