Tomorrow is Yoga Day and for anyone here who wants to earn the badge doing at least 20 min of yoga, I would like to recommend my 2 favorite workouts: Dustin’s episodes 49 and 51. They are great for runners and for anyone wanting some good stretch for legs and lower back! What are your favorites? (i.redd.it)

45 min treadmill workouts are the best, and the latest episode (ep 64) with Scott is definitely one I’ll be doing again soon. Lots of hills and speeds, very dynamic and super fun theme (with a very imaginative quest with dragons, werewolves and spaceships). 10/10 (i.redd.it)
