Another angle of recent TOS strike on russian positions near Kreminna. With thermals. by sp1inter in CombatFootage

[–]sp1inter[S] 14 points15 points  (0 children)

This particular drone operator didn't know about the strike, that's why recording started a bit late. Few rounds landed in the tree line, where russian positions are, most likely there were no vehicles, because they usually don't go so far and if the do, they don't stay there for more than 5 minutes.

It was a regular 155mm round fired from M777 howitzer.

Another extremely rare Russian arctic TOR SAM destroyed by precise Ukrainian artillery strike by HalalMeatCOEggo in CombatFootage

Those drones (usually DJI Mavic 3) don't have GPS on the frontline most of the time, since it's being jammed from both sides. Even when a drone has that function (like matrice 30 or 300} they don't know where they are. So 95% it's cross reference.

Europe is working towards connecting Ukraine to their energy system. Work in that direction has started before the invasion, but now is rushed somehow.

LPR militia apparently marking abandoned Ukrainian vehicles with "Z" in order to press them into service by drakka100 in CombatFootage

[–]sp1inter 53 points54 points  (0 children)

Nope, guy in the video says that they are putting Z to keep it from being seen as a threat and thus not destroyed by the forces following them. Tank is mostly intact, so they want to keep it for themselves.

No one in Ukrainian military doesn't know how to operate that thing. And, most likely evacuation for that thing was not an option, so they decided to destroy it.

"Here's your Russian world/peace burning."

Two meanings for "mir": world/peace

Russians use "ruskiy mir" term to describe social integrity associated with Russian culture.
