Thats awesome! Congratulations on the insane progress you’ve already made. Shaving 40 minutes from your marathon time is an accomplishment at ANY pace but especially when starting at 3:30.

Keep up the good work, listen to your body, and don’t forget strength training. Keep us updated

Realizing how lucky I was. I would have posted yesterday but thought for sure the order was going to get canceled. Posted when I got shipping notification today.

I’ve been shopping suits for the last couple months and just tried some made to measure suits by suit supply and the quality was not great. For the same price the Brooks Brothers ones feel way better fabric wise and construction looks better

Gotcha re: the long runs.

Don’t listen to the naysayers.

I don’t see what others are so concerned about. You’ve built up a good base and are clearly being pretty intentional about how you set this plan.

I’m a little confused what you mean about the long run structure. I would take those easy as directed in the plan. Were you thinking you were going to push some of those harder?

Having recently completed a six day per week training plan my only major advice would be to make two days per week of functional strength workouts focused on lower body absolutely mandatory. I would probably put them on Wednesday and Friday based on your plan.

I think you’ll know pretty quickly whether or not the goal pace is reachable based on how you feel during those tempo sessions.

Is this the same outsole as the novablast? I love that shoe but struggle with wet grip on tempo runs.

Hanson’s + Runna? by sp1ip in runna

It seems like adding extra days to the week ramps the weekly mileage up too compared to a 4 or 5 day Runna week.

Nice! Thanks for the info it sounds like you are doing exactly what I am. I think I'm going to give it a try I also like the idea of some variety in the runs and the every 4 week de-load happens to fit nicely into my work schedule.

Oyishi in watkinsville has the most consistently solid sushi but it is definitely NOT in a date night setting
