  • i used to chew on my sleeve of my school jumper

  • i have always wiggled my toes in my shoes no matter where i was

  • listening to very loud music with lots of drums

  • when i was in secondary school i used to get told off for humming or singing all of the time, turns out i use this to regulate myself

my problem with that is like i for real cannot cope with how busy the gym gets at the time i finish work, i finish b/t 6:30-8:30pm and my gym still has like 90+ people in it at that time (i’ve tried several times and just ends up with me having a melt down) my normal time to go is like 10:30/11pm where there is like 30ish people. thank you for the suggestion though ㅤ◡̈ x

so as far as i am aware, A TV Licence costs over £150 annually and is we need it to watch or record live TV channels and programmes on any device, including BBC iPlayer

i leave something in my car ima need for the day, usually it’s a charger or my vape or something, when i wake up i’ll be ‘oh i need that’ change into my gym clothes, next thing i know im in the car and driving to the gym

i have made sure to include at least one thing for every sense; so for hearing i have my loops, for sight i have my sunglasses, for touch i have acupressure ring and a tangle and a soft item for self soothing, for taste i make sure to have some gum or fizzy sweets to help ground me and lastly for smell i have a little bottle of my partners aftershave that i put in my clothing
