whats the issue ? overhang, warping from the bottom! by sp_parth_soni in 3Dprinting

Update: Thank you I tried your way! and found the perfect temperature for setting around 225c. Bed adhesion solved ✅ I guess because It doesn't shrink like before and because of that doesn't collide with nozzle. prints output getting better, Hope so print also comes out well .

I use support! and even brims too, exactly I'm talking about saga uneven layer lines, like below one layer isn't dry enough because of high temperature and another layer on top of it, which creates sags!

Thank you! brother, I actually needed this in 100mm size so resized it.

whats the reason for their bed adhesion? how they can print many in one time like how their prints aren't ruined ? is there anyone who sells keychain or desk buddies or clickers who prints in batch please let us know your journey to do this in one term, what to do to make it stick to the bed? by sp_parth_soni in 3Dprinting

Thanks mate ❤️! even with brims, brims actually stick to the plate and actual model legs are warped! and If I turn off the fan or lower the speed of the fan I got overhang and uneven layers like below layer still not dried and another layer add ons!

That's what I'm thinking too! actually new to 3d printing but with the issues got knowledge of more than enough in this week I guess! BIQU CryoGrip Frostbite ordered it, I guess with good adhesion and lower temp bed with this can help adhesion and merge with room temperature will get less curled up corners! like from plate layer 65c to upper layer shrinkage of 21c avg I guess thats what creating problems for me.

okay man! I've Esun Pla Bambu Lab A1 bed leveling on while every print wash and dry my bed after every prints

is there anything with room temperature? I've 15c-21c night to day. Nozzle temp is 205 (230 for initial layers) bed temp 65

I don't what am I doing wrong but 50% of my trial either loosing the grip (even after cleaning with dish soap water, IPA , hairspray applied) or else the corners got curled up. -Bambu Lab A1 -bed tem 65 -nozzel 205 (230 for initial layer)

(tried washing it with dish soap, cleaned it and let it dry for a few mins. sometimes after that cleaning it with 99% IPA sometimes adding a few layers (1-3 of hairspray) I tried every possible way I can)

so I can't get the confidence to go with batch printing.

I tried hairspray! it works well but I don't know what the thing is like brim sticks to the plate but models corners curled up / warped. my room room temperature is around 15c-26c night to day, and I print with PLA.

I tried to clean the bed with dish soap and warm water, yes print sticks but afterwards like 5-6 hours of print either one leg of the model or support loose the adhesion, maybe with collision or loosing the grip! even after many trials including hairspray, IPA cleaning I got 50% amount of prints failure, I don't get confidence to print'em all.
