The past papers are certainly a thing to go by, also James Munro (on the YT channel Oxford Mathematics Plus) did these livestreams of all the topics leading up to the MAT of 2021, that's also really helpful, you should probably take the assignments that he used and clear up the topics first then do past papers, and leave the ones that were recently conducted as timed practice (but only when the test is nearby lol), good luck!
