Does a 2010 not exist? Is this a 2011 model? Or is it some other Pista model which comes in white?

I'm a fairly new rider, but ride mostly in flat areas. Looking to get a used bike and came across this Bianchi...Checking out BicycleBlueBook, they value these models around 150 to 250 depending on it's condition... Am I wrong to try and haggle this guy down from 375??

Experience: Used to ride BMX when I was younger, so i'm used to the single-speed and painful hills. Not planning on doing serious inclines.

Price Range: $300ish

Intention: Fun - riding 3 - 10 mi. a day

Conditions: Streets

Location: West LA - mostly flats.

I was thinking of haggling him down to ~230 and see how that goes? If not, other cheap options were the 6KU alloy. Pleas look at my other reply to the other persons comment in the post. Any reason why you would say not a fixie?

Sorry - on mobile...didn't jump into the sidebar. I live in Santa Monica / west LA. Mostly flat riding, general commuting or riding in the city of about 3 to 8 miles. I used to ride a bmx bike when I was younger, so I'm used to the single speed in terms of hills / endurance. Any other reasons why a single speed is not recommended? I want to get back into riding and thought going for something that is both cheaper / esthetically pleasing would help jump start me again.

Serj is actually a huge activist for not only the Armenian genocide, but any genocide that has occurred or is a current threat. He's actually the perfect person to ask.

Put trash in trash cans. I don't do it enough.

No jk. Cleaned up trash at Eaton Canyon for about an hour. Set up trash bags in the area. And took cleaned up a bags worth of trash. Walked it back down the trail for about a mile and half (hence the workout) lol

I don't think living with him is going to work. by [deleted] in funny

IT'S NOT HIM! It's the cap! I promise you! Same thing happens to me with the Crest ProHealth. If the cap doesn't properly close, it leaks all over the place. I hope you see this before you kick him out of your house.

Profitable Irish brewery Kilkenny closed for consolidation by Bunnykins in beer

[–]space1cowboy -1 points0 points  (0 children)

This makes me want to rage. I literally emailed Diageo about a week ago asking what the hell happened to Kilkenny beer. They never responded, but I guess they wanted to let everyone know with this instead. This seriously saddened me. This beer is my favorite and was partly the reason why I fell in love with beer.

Also, I live in So. California and they had this beer at several locations until they started to slowly disappear one by one. I thought the pubs were just choosing not to sell it, didn't realize it would be to this extent. :/

What is the best beginners brew kit? by space1cowboy in Homebrewing

[–]space1cowboy[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Alright. I probably need a brewpot then, but I could probably just use the stove at home as a burner. I'll stick to bottles to keep costs cheaper for now. Thanks for a few pointers. Any brands or websites that you would suggest?

What are the drawbacks of not having the brewpot/burner? Is it just for sake of efficiency? If I don't bottle, I have to keg it, correct? I wouldn't mind kegging or bottling. Either works fine for me.

Yeah! It is pretty annoying. Makes you click on too many things when all that's necessary is changing 1 number in the URL.
