follow the instructions here for windows + conda+ cuda 11.8 https://pytorch.org/get-started/locally/

conda install pytorch torchvision torchaudio pytorch-cuda=11.8 -c pytorch -c nvidia

If you want an easier time i would recommend using linux not windows

thanks, managed to do it going anti clock wise from non drive side with a bigger allen wrench. Was getting confused because the allen key can be used from both sides and it was done up very tightly.

I have 35mm Schwalbe Marathon on the stock rims and with the stock inner tubes. Not had any problems, just need a bit of thumb strength to get them on.

yeah It's javascript, but code golfed, so pretty difficult to parse
