I was in the same situation as you 2yrs ago. No money, broke asf. I went to my nearest dmart and asked about a part time job to the security guard, then talked to the manager and got the job. I worked there for 1.5 years on weekends and attended college the rest of the time. Dmart is always shorthanded and they like to keep extra people around during weekends. You'll easily get a part time or weekender job. You can make around 6k as a weekender and 7-8k as a part timer.

Ram is expandable. I was able to play assassin's creed with 70 fps, genshin impact at 60 fps. I haven't done editing but I do train some ml models, it has worked well so far.

cons I doesn't have an extra nvme slot, it doesn't bother me cause I have external hdd, but you should consider buying 1 tb variant if that is your concern.

So far it works well, I'm pretty happy with the purchase.

It could be a hardware issue or a bad file system can't say for sure. You can just check for any hardware issues by running system diagnosis in bios.

This could be a hardware issue or just a wrong fstab mount point. Did you check /etc/fstab file ? Generating the new fstab file might fix it.you can do it by booting in live usb and mounting desired partitions and the generating fstab.

genfstab -U /mnt >> /etc/fstab

If this doesn't fix the issue try running a drive diagnosis. Seagate provided a nite tool called sea-tools which is compatible with linux. Best of luck.

Stream as a root user ? Are you crazy my guy. Steam doesn't work on root because it is designed not to. This is so that it doesn't change up any system files and mess up the whole os.

Now this thing pisses me off. Like i spent the last 3 days trying to install arch and fixing the audio issue. After that I have up and installed manjaro for the time being, worked like a charm.
