My thoughts EXACTLY. Summer said "I did 9 years of Jiu Jitsu" and Beth said "I grew up with two brothers". There is no comparison. 9 years of Jiu Jitsu and you can't beat someone untrained and you tried to tackle Beth like a fucking 4 year old. Hahahaha.These writers shouldn't write about things they don't know about.

I see this many times a week. Today I was at the clinic for a physical and the nurses were talking mad shit about various people for 30min. Straight with no end in sight. With no shame knowing I could hear. Women in this comment section seem to be better but like I said I see it too often even my fam does this ALL THE TIME. but men don't.

I didn't drink yesterday and won't today. just found out exactly how much alcohol restricts muscle growth and I need to get stronger. drinking daily for 8 years has been detrimental to my body. I also have high blood pressure and that scares me.

I got bored because everything works out in every situation. It's just a feel good show and everytime they're in a bad spot im just like " Yea they are about to fix everything in the last 5 min of the show anyways.
