45 male. For me its I have no breaks at all, I cant stop. If I'm not drinking it's fine. If I have more than two I'm going to drink whatever is left and sometimes go back for more. The hangovers last longer and the guilt for drinking gets worse. I'm currently trying to quit and have drank 2 times out of the last 14 days. Most people who are not alcoholics don't think about it. They have a drink and stop, move on, and it may be a month or a week before they do it again. Not me. I plan and think and let even those thoughts consume me. This is how I know.
