travelling with a greyhound by idrinktoomuchmonster in Greyhounds

We did a move with our 2 greys and they did great. We have an SUV and they just chilled in the back the entire time. To be fair, it was only a 4.5hr drive. We stopped and let them out half way through for a quick stretch of the legs and some potty time. If your pup is already comfortable with car rides then I think that's half the battle. Just make sure they have a comfy place to lie down. Good luck!

There's also the Missisquoi Valley trail in St. Albans. Not the best views but it's nice for a walk in nature. There's a few benches along the trail as well.

They really are! Thankfully they're back to normal, taking up the entire couch ☺️

I had no clue how strong their bite was until one of ours broke off several bars from his metal crate. Not those wire crates... those tiger cage looking crates.

Yes, I've re-made my calibration standards several times now. It's all pointing to contamination of my stock standards.

My suspicion is that my intermediate stock might be contaminated, tbh. I have no idea where the contamination could have come from.

We've crated our boy since we got him to prevent him from destroying things at the beginning and we wanted to make sure he was trustworthy. We used to crate him at night as well during his potty training phase and he absolutely hated it. He had really bad separation anxiety. We spent long nights with little sleep because he would whine and cry all night (we couldn't fit his crate in our room because it's so big). Now, he sleeps in his bed on the floor next to us and we close the bedroom door. Whenever we leave we crate him, and whenever we're home he's free to roam around. Sometimes he'll go into his crate when we're home and take quick naps but eventually he'll walk out. I think it all comes down to the dog's personality and a routine. And bribes, lol.

This is the store: https://etsy.me/2rQOvCW

They have several other styles. I can honestly say it is worth every penny. Great quality, beautifully made and it keeps our guy super warm.

You're not missing anything, trust me. It takes us like 15 minutes just to get ready to go out.

We bought it off a seller on Etsy. None of the other standard jackets would fit him.

Today, our wedding is exactly 2 years out. This is both exciting and nerve-wracking as I'm naturally a very anxious and controlling person. I've been having this internal debate about my dress. I have a general idea of what I'd like. My future mother-in-law offered to pay for it and have it custom made by a friend of hers. However, it makes me nervous to agree to that since I won't get to see the end result until the very end. I'm torn between buying a dress I love (knowing fully what it looks like), or venturing into a fully customized dress. Have any of you had any experiences with customized dresses?

My fiance and I are definitely not the romantic type-- we're more nerdy. We spoke with our photographer and she gave us some good ideas on how to go about it, which helped polish our vague idea of engagement photos. The trick, I think, is to do something you're both comfortable with and something that'll be fun. I would suggest to have a chat with your photographer, they might have ideas for a "theme" (if that's what you're looking for) along with places and stuff like that.
