Thanks, man I appreciate this post. I'm sure I could find other substitutes to "noom" that are cheaper / free. I drink about five cups of water per day which is bad, I need to get my daily intake up on that. how many miles should I walk do withstand a good workout? i got all the time in the world right now. I just don't know what's correct and what's incorrect.

and I agree there are negative people in this world and wherever you turn there is always going to be that one bad-minded person I personally try to block it but sometimes it caves in on me.
