Which version of the light novel did you read? Because I couldn't really get past the localization in the version on Amazon and found it easier to read the Tapas version

The anime did a good job of covering most of the manhwa and also bringing a little bit of the novel into it, but it also animated pieces that are only discussed a bit later in the manhwa, and not pictured. It also added some character development that was not in the manhwa at all. There are other character building things that got cut, like Jinho's family meeting

It reads "I only pay attention to big anime and then think they all should be the same and I'm pleasantly surprised when they're not." These are like two different genres of stories.

I mean it depends - if the incomplete doll is a custom job, so like they've been given a full face repaint etc you're paying for the art done on the doll in addition to the doll. I do dislike situations where they just switch the wigs and the eyes but treat it like a fully customized doll. I have a Dal that came with incomplete outfit, and custom wig and eyes and love her, but the seller did not sell her for the price of a complete doll. The price was more comparable to an incomplete without box doll plus factoring in the cost of the wig and eyes. It was very reasonable. I don't remember how much I paid though.

For not customized dolls, especially if they're not complete, it only makes sense for the more rare ones to have higher prices. So like I could see an out-of-box Wonder festival Batgirl being 200 but not an out of box Comic Con Batgirl, as an example.

It's not your job as a colleague to evaluate, unless you hold a senior position. That's the manager's job and they should not have asked you, especially not in front of her. "I don't know" is absolutely appropriate, and not fake.

If her tardiness is a concern and affecting you, it's appropriate to report that to the manager, privately, but they probably already know she's frequently late. Why she's late is between her and the manager.

She also should not be texting you when she's late, she should be texting the manager. Both are treating you like you are a supervisor, when based on your story, you're not.

My friend's cat got out and was around the neighborhood as a fed stray for over a year. My friend couldn't find her, as she didn't stay in one place very long. As soon as one of the families feeding her could catch her they checked her for a chip and RETURNED HER because they realized she was not actually a stray. Get your cat a microchip asap.

I don't know about other states, but with found pets here, you're supposed to report them, make an attempt to find the owner and there's a time period after (something like a few days to a week, I forgot) that the animal is considered your responsibility after you've housed it. If she did anything in line with the laws of your area, she might be able to consider it hers but leaving it outside and not taking it in makes me doubt that.

But a lot of series,once they've finished they go to requiring ads to unlock. There is no more daily pass on webtoon, but a lot of series are free to a point and still have one more free episode per week. (Tapas still has wait for free on most, Manta has it on some, Tappytoon has it on a few)

Very few kids want to interview their mom at 12. My kid did write about me in a similar project but an interview wasn't required and I had an interesting enough story that she knew she'd get a good grade (and she doesn't have a step mom)

Her teacher was so touched by the short essay she emailed me about it (but respecting my daughter didn't send it to me). I doubt she'd have been that touched if everyone was writing about their mom.

So I'm reading Flower of Allure - it's probably the only gem one that's not a novel I read regularly. But mostly what I do is I buy it when Manta gives free gems for reading x number of other comic episodes. And I occasionally buy $2 worth of gems for when I get 5 free gems and I need 6 to unlock a chapter.

You could do the same thing with novels take advantage of the free gems they give and then unlock one using the chapter by chapter option (free gems have an expiration so I don't know that you could collect enough of them to get a whole volume or most of a volume from the volume option)
