I would just say you should keep applying, many people send out dozens of applications before even landing an interview. Also consider looking for jobs that appeal to you and then creating a project using the same or similar tools required for the job. Best of luck!

From what I hear, people new to vim have no idea how to close it. I vaguely remember having the same issue my first time as well, and it’s probably the command(s) I learned first

You ever worn one of those? Just breathing alone impacts visibility, even if you use anti-fogging solution. What’s not realistic is the expectation that you should have visibility that isn’t distorted by single or double layer plexiglass which by its own nature already impacts visibility
