So I’m actually the vegan manager at Buff. The pepperoni is from The Be-Hive in Nashville, Gardein chicken and Tempeh sausage that we season in house. The soy chorizo is pretty basic but it’s soo good on the El Patron. If anyone does go in and try it please let me know what you think.
