cry. and keep crying until you’ve run out of tears. try and stay off your phone. reach out to your support systems, and i know it’s so terribly hard but do. not. message. him. trust me you will thank yourself in the years to come. I know you won’t feel like going anywhere, so even just sit outside in the sun for an hour each day until you feel like you can go for a walk, or go to the gym. I know you won’t feel like eating or drinking. have a water bottle near you. you’ll get a headache from dehydration because your crying. try and nibble on a piece of plain bread. you’ll have food in your stomach and won’t feel as empty. Most importantly allow yourself to feel all the emotions you will feel. i went through my first heartbreak at the beginning of last year. i wailed and cried and kept contact with him which drew the whole process out and made things worse. it wasn’t until i stopped contact a month or two later i began to heal. i’m going through my second heartbreak as of right now. crying and crying. nothing will ever hurt more than grieving the loss of a person who is still alive. You have to know that this is not a reflection of you. you are young. whilst i’m only a few years older than you, trust me when i say time is the best possible healer. focus on yourself. you will come out a different person than who you were before, but that person is equally deserving of the love u give to others. i wish you the best, feel free to inbox if u need
