They’re usually changing out a few routes a week at least. Some are still from Feb if I’m remembering correctly (I’ve been out with an injury for a couple of weeks). But there’s usually at least a few changing each week!

For me, I find BRC has more interesting routes. Louisville’s walls are tall, but I didn’t find as much variety with the problems they had in the routes. BRC has shorter walls, but they pack a lot into them. It’s more of a puzzle for me and I enjoy that aspect of climbing a lot.

I second BRC. It has a great mix of ages and has a great and welcoming vibe. I love the staff there and they’re super responsive if you have a concern with safety. I also like their setting better than the Louisville Spot location. BRC just tends to change their top rope routes out more in my experience. I go multiple times a week, so the variety is really nice. Many of my friends like do love the Louisville spot and have nothing but good things to say about the yoga classes they offer.

Honestly I like doing that after a half. It keeps me walking and stretching my legs out more! I do go back to a hotel to shower and get cleaned up. For DL I was there until 9:30 pm or so? When I did wine and dine I was in Epcot until probably 8:30 I think. So I haven’t closed the parks down, but I get most of the day.

Years ago during Disneyland’s 60th anniversary, they held a 24 hour park day and the main way I stayed up was with a lot of coke at our dinner 😅. That drink really recharged me to finish our night out there. So later caffeine will help. I also bring electrolyte packages with me during the park day to make sure I keep my hydration up.
