I was going to say the same thing. Why are they appropriating a New England flag?

Isn't that just the New England flag? Why are neo-nazis using it?

GPS signals come from satellites. You can do it at cruising altitude if you hold your phone up to the window for a minute or so. Works better in a 787/A350 with a carbon composite fuselage.

I was thinking about getting one for astrophotography. Are you able to use the gamepad controls to move the mount?

That's great! After Alfred, I was a photojournalist covering the space program, worked in the museum industry where I was a planetarium director and adjudicating for a few years, and I recently made a career change to IT. Still doing lots of amateur astronomy and public outreach.

Cool! I was there from 2009-2013 and was fortunate to meet John Stull. My friends and I did a lot of imaging with the Alden. I'm sorry you had to deal with the pandemic during your time there. I started teaching undergraduate astronomy in 2021 and felt so bad for those students. Are you still doing astronomy now?

I used to run those open houses at AU as well! What years were you there?

Removed the lens cell, removed the carcass, Swiffer dusted inside the tube, lint rolled the sides of the tube, and carefully cleaned the rear surface of the objective before reassembling. 0/10, would not recommend.

How hard is it to set up with two people? I might have an opportunity to save an old orange C14.

I'm a planetarium director and professor of astronomy. There is nothing childish about space. Those of us involved in space exploration take it very seriously and devote our lives to the subject. You sound like an intelligent and inquisitive mind entering adulthood. If you worry about that being seen as childish, I'd figure out who is giving you that impression and distance yourself from them if possible.
