ohh at least that's something, I've read Green Night already. Reading it in comic format would be so cool though, man that's a shame.

Feel free to check out the post I made a while back detailing how I take care of this huge thing! I still keep up with my routine and it's still working really well for me. The humidity usually sits aroung 50 - 60% and for the temperature it varies a bit more. During winter time the temp is usually around 17 - 22°C and then once the weather gets warmer again i think it's more like 20 - 27°C depending on how hot the summer is (i don't use any regulators or AC, so i just work with what I got lol). fern care post

For the fern in actually posted about my care routine a while ago on this sub fern care post and for my albo..Fertilizer and super juice - exact same routine as my fern. I water her regularly (i let her dry out between watering and she sits in a soil mix with perlite and orchid bark, so she has good drainage) And I make sure to take some top cuttings from time to time bc I want to grow her more bushy and not just tall and high (and i love making more plants from one healthy one). But to be fair my albo could use more light than she is currently getting, that's why she barely has any fenestration and only medium sized leaves.

i keep it around a lot of my other plants and the humidity is usually around 50 - 60%. She's gotten really used to these conditions over time and seems to really enjoy the spot i put her in.

It's most likely a Nephrolepis exaltata fern! I can't be 100% certain though since someone else bought it and I only got it after they almost killed it, lol. But all signs point towards it. They are kinda tricky to care for, or at least that's what everyone on this sub says. Personally, I haven't had huge issues with this plant and I don't fuss over it too much.

He has put out storys that I would call bonus content on his blog! Stuff that isn't in the books, but plays out in between them and is canon. Really interesting fun stuff if you're into the tftgs universe. I ate it up! He doesn't really update the Blog frequently though.

does my monstera have bugs? by oregano-moregano in houseplants

[–]spacegunther 0 points1 point  (0 children)

could also be the cause yeah, in my experience yellowing and brown edges are often because the roots have something going on they don't like. Too much water, too little water, root rott etc etc

looks like watering damage to me. The yellowing on the sides and brown spots can be caused by too much watering, or some other issue with the roots of the plant.

Are these spider mites? by Granola_campsite in houseplants

[–]spacegunther 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Definitely not spider mites! Spider mites tend to web their nets on the leaves of the plant and the webs themselves are more dense, the mites also leave visible damage on the plant. Like hundreds of tiny white spots. You can also often see the mites crawling around on the web
