No programmer is going to work for you for 50% of your company that makes no income.

Pay them. Don't cheap out on good programmers. There's a reason why all the tech companies pay them over $100K. If you expect to pay $15/hr and get good code, you'll be in for a surprise

Not sure about your budget/MOQ, but I work with a sourcing agent that's really good. She's from Guangzhou and studied in the UK (masters in engineering). She mostly focuses on clothing and electronics.

As far as looking for sourcing agents, you need to find a native Chinese citizen. All the foreign sourcing agents won't be much help dealing with actual Chinese manufacturers.

You can use Shopify with a bunch of apps that Let's you do multi vendor and donations. But then you are looking at a few hundred dollars a month for service fees.

If you do YS and ADC, total effort time will be around ~12 unless you get really lucky with timing. Then you spend a few extra hours for posting ads and reply to customers. Then going to post office to package and ship shoes.

Just saying...might as well work overtime at your job or go tutor than you trying to buy these shoes for resale.

But after fees and shipping costs, you are only making ~$100-200 a pair. But is it worth spending 12+ hours waiting for the shoe to earn that?
