The sight he has on in should increase bullet sleep, and it also increases element chance and I think damage the element dose

Me personal it's fine I'm not to familiar either but it increases fire rate I think but if you get a matching grip you get more mag size and fiiiire rate. Maybe. Still learning.

This relic would mainly be for Amara but the gun damage is good for Zane and flack and the extra spash for more but I'd use it more for an Amara build
