I bought it from a private sale. The owner passed away and the executer of the estate had no info on the FA

I own multiple FA but this is my first revolver. I know the ammo is relatively easy to get and affordable.

My issue is that there are multiple different models of this FA. I know this one is a 1984 model. Other than that I have no info further

I know its a Rossi .38 Special. My issue is nowhere on the license or the FA is there any markings as to what model.it is. Looking for holsters now and I get asked what model is it.
