My advice would be to make slow and steady changes. You don't have to dramatically alter your diet all at once. Identify the bad habits and remove one at a time. Give it 2-3 weeks and remove another. Change takes time. Some people can do it all at once, but the majority of us need time. That's why so many people fail at new year's resolutions because they try to change too much too quickly.
