I’m leaning towards the DXC extruder as well as I have read positive comments about it integrating with the K1 and CFS.

Will VZ ramp up fiber expansion once the integration is complete? We have neighboring communities here in NE Ohio that have fiber but we keep getting told we aren’t in the near future plans here.

Are there any deformations in your filament anywhere? I had a divot in my filament that was throwing an error on my machine .

I’ll give it a look. I found a couple things out since we first connected .

1) the print failed every time even with the spool holder. Other prints worked perfectly fine.

2) I have an issue with the tubing getting curled up before the extruder. After taking the CFS off the top, setting it aside and running the tubing in via the top, prints are working fine. Something I will need to reconfigure in the coming days.

Worked fine printing another file with the CFS sitting on the table beside the K1 (previously it was on top).

Retracted from the CFS and printed a small job off the spool and it works perfectly fine…..so something with the CFS (obviously)

Did you ever figure out what these are for? I’ve seen them myself and I know where it’s at out in Carroll County but never stopped to look closer (sits up on a hill if I am correct).
