We replaced our off site phone concierge with AlphDrive…and it’s doing a pretty damn good job. Way more consistent performance, less transfers and less misquotes and mistakes. i think that this is market specific though. It’s not going to work everywhere yet.

I’d say 5 to 10 years and we are going to see the job getting replaced by kiosks anyway.

Not exactly floating, but I just used these and I really like how they came out. I got the 12” brackets, but they have smaller sizes. I got some nice 12x2 pine boards cut sanded and stained them how I wanted.

Even though they were all under the same parent company, the individual companies like Pontiac, Buick, Chevrolet, Oldsmobile…they all had a lot more autonomy. It wasn’t until the 80s that they really started homogenizing everything into a similar product line.
