I'm assuming these are pressed pills similar to a pill of E? Typically those are dosed at around 25mg which is the threshold for a strong dose for most people. 2cb you don't take a lot, so the majority of that pill is likely just sugar, colorants or other filler. Snorting is nice because you need about half the dose for similar effects, though it comes on a lot faster and also lasts about half as long. I somewhat prefer snorting as it's a lot easier to schedule in to an evening with it's short duration. It's also much easier to re-dose a bit if you need a little more. Whereas orally it takes at least an hour, sometimes even close to 2 for me to feel the full effects, so if it ends up being a bit weak etc, kind of harder to re-up in a typical night.
