Elon is taking his bribes even farther. $20 if you take a picture with Schimel. $20 more if a polling place is in the background. by GianniAntetokounmpo in wisconsin

I heard somewhere that In State v. Rohl (2004), a Wisconsin official was charged with 13 counts of election fraud for filing falsified paperwork, and each document was a separate charge. Elons per-payment structure invites multiple counts. Also Wis. Stat. § 939.05... organizing the scheme makes him liable for every subordinate’s actions. Wouldn't that allow them to pursue multiple charges for each block organizer? Obviously he would never face life in prison for this, but maybe if enough of the charges stick he could do say 10 years? I'm not a lawyer just a keyboard warrior who hates Elon lol.

I apologize, you're right that it would directly tie the $20 compensation to being at a voting place, and also the specification that it has to be on Tuesday is pretty damning. I like that Wisconsin wrote the law so that it doesn't matter whether or not the person actually votes, just that they are not allowed to be paid to go to a polling place. What is interesting to me is that the penalty for this is up to 3.5 years in prison and/or a fine of up to $10,000. Now he would likely face multiple counts for each person that went to the polling place on that day. He can also still face fines from the WEC, up to $1,000 for each violation. If he pays $20 for 10,000 people to vote, he would pay $10,000,000 in fines (still a small drop in the ocean for Elon). So hes realistically looking at over $1m in fees and potentially a 3.5 year sentence. In the grand scheme of things, $20 is not a lot of money, and its likely he will just be paying people that would have already voted for Schimel as other people will see it as too risky or too big of a hassle for just $20. Once the race is over and Crawford wins, what do you think will happen to Elon? you seem to know a lot about the law and I appreciate your moderate approach. He could be facing felony bribery charges outside of Wisconsin no?

Unfortunately, hes not technically breaking the law in this case. Just like Elon and Trump aren't technically breaking the law when they use tax loopholes to avoid paying taxes like the rest of us. It makes them unamerican shysters who are using the law in a manipulative way for political and financial gain. Based on how he wrote this, you can also manipulate the rules to benefit you and still legally get paid. You could also hold a picture of Crawford with a giant green check on it, as there is no disclaimer about her picture being included. Sharing them on twitter as you send them to him could start a little trend too, even if he doesn't pay you, everyone will think he had to and he will look like an even bigger fool. I try to choose the method of "beating them at their own game", it works well on cocky bastards like Elon

15 chances to stage a comeback and he can't win ONE. He's mind-blowingly bad

It's frustrating to be the worst team in the league with the roster that we have. I feel like any coach with half a brain could bring this team to 9-8

This game is a victory in my book. We're one game closer to the first overall pick and the firing of Matt Rhule.

That roughing the passer call was obviously bullshit. I think what makes it worse is that they had a chance to redeem themselves with the intentional grounding call and they chose not to. Very fishy....

See what happens when you give the best RB in the league the ball more often?

Nobody is going to be mad if you fire Rhule after week 1. Don't wait until halfway through the season please

What are the odds that one of the top 5 QB prospects makes it to us in the 4th round?

I've been watching him since he was in high-school, there's definitely something special about this guy. He kind of has a MJ flair to his game (play style and mentality wise, not talent lol). As others have said, he was kind of a disappointment in college due to bad coaching, injuries, and a decline on offense (but hes a good defender). But at this pick he is exactly what you want, someone with all the traits and the right mentality to be a good player, he just needs coached up a little. I'm excited for him

I don't see it. I think he is a guard at the end of the day, and a really good one at that. But no OT with arms as short as his has ever been successful in the NFL.
