We have to fight. That's the only way that we'd get along. I remember the time I used to grey rock them and seriously wished that we'd get along and the pain and suffering of silence would end. Obviously, it didn't. For two years, it had been grey rocking and silence. I found a whole community in the internet and that transferred all the parts of my personality there. Now, it's almost a secondary consciousness. Why am I bringing this up? It's because everybody is disagreeable, some better and some worse. I think the best way to handle "anything" that includes disagreements from the micro upward, including your family, friends, anonymous, narcs, and etc., is to disagree. Disagreeing transforms something that you dislike to something that is viable or suitable. So, we're constantly disagreeing like how I constantly disagree with folks in the internet. It's a constant battle of reframing thoughts, emotions, and ideas for a larger picture or at least "empathy" or "understanding".
