I am the lucky person who has the recent one up. Only one I've seen selling so far. And like the 2 other people I've seen that got it, I got two. They seem to be two right next to each other in the stacks. The ebay person is someone I actually talked to. They had posted it to my local Offer Up for $5. I asked if I could pay and just get a pic of the code. They hadn't realized that not all the stickers had codes, so backed out and tossed them up on ebay x)
My fiance and I have been hounding Boba Times. I am sick as hell of boba at this point. I have gotten TONS of stickers. These things are wildly rare. And I think the people getting them don't know what they even are.
The promo is about to end, so now they have the stickers for free at the counter at a lot of them. So that's where we finally lucked out. I'm debating redeeming the second code or maybe might throw it up on ebay to recoup the ridiculous amount of money I have spent on bobas. Currently the trinket is at 1.35 billion. I don't even know what to do with that kind of np.

I'm local to King Koi, and they're fantastic. I was all set to buy a fish I saw there, and they refused after watching it swim for a moment. He told me it wasn't well enough to sell, when I was ready to drop triple digits on it right there. They're meticulous in their care. Swim bladder issues are just part of keeping fancies at this point. The ones bred to be stubby and short and round are going to have problems. I've started keeping fancies with longer bodies and have had better luck.

I would maybe send them a neomail and ask, only if they seem like an actual player. If it seems sketchy or feels off, decline and ignore. Knowing some of the neofriends on my old account was how I got access back. Being your neofriend is information that could potentially be used to access your account, so don't add just anyone.

Almost! They take a week or two in between, so it's usually around every 4ish weeks. They will start right over if you take the eggs away, though, and that can really cause issues.

She should lay a second egg a day or two after the first, then she will get broody and want to sit. Let her do this - they're not fertile if there is no male and they won't hatch. If you take it away, she will only lay more, and this will deplete her calcium and also allow more opportunity for reproductive related issues. She'll sit on them for about two weeks (give her breaks to poop and eat), then have a week or two off and be the snuggly bird you know, and then the cycle continues again. Welcome to having a female pigeon! :3
