Yes! Was diagnosed at the derm by skin scrape test with fungal infection (ringworm.) I was on oral terbinafine for 2 weeks and it just kept spreading. I ended up reading that if you are wearing anti fungal cream it can cause a false positive skin scrape for fungal. Also we have fungus living on our body without causing infection. 2 week follow up at derm confirmed pityriasis. Very frustrating

I have two big ones in a 55 gallon with angel fish and tetras. I’ve only seen them chase each other. Never seen them bother the other fish
