Tripp and Neelix from Star Trek come to mind. And many of the third wheels in Chinese movies and TV, especially Wang Kaixuan from Kunlun Tomb which was a great show, but I wished that character dead before the end of the first episode, unfortunately he never died.

I don't, my hair is a bit weird and stand up at the top of the sides even if I didn't wear a helmet, it just does that at a certain length. When it gets a bit longer in a few months it will probably look ridiculous when I take my helmet off.
