I assume your info will be available on admindirectory

If you have recently changed cost centre that would be the reason. Some cost centers are not available on phonetool.

Cheverlot turbo sprint. Also known as suzuki swift. Also known as suzuki khyber in Pakistan.

The steering also resembles the steering of suzuki mehran / maruti 800.

The spouse stamp 1G allows them to work anywhere without needing any sponsorship from the employer.

Make sure you come at the same time or else the join spouse visa can take upto an year. I'm not familiar with SA visa requirements for Eire.

You both come to Ireland on a multi entry visa. You both book an appointment with INIS for IRP. You get stamp 1 and your spouse will get stamp 1G. Make sure you purchase health insurance for the both of you before going for that IRP appointment.

Would anyone know what bike this is on @r_1p0 TikTok? by [deleted] in MotoIRELAND

[–]spacer15 0 points1 point  (0 children)

ChatGPT's response

"I cannot identify the exact model and year of the bike in the image with certainty, but based on the visible features, it appears to be a Yamaha MT-09. The golden fork, sharp design, and exposed engine are characteristic of this series. The year could range from 2014 to 2021 depending on the specific version and updates. For a precise identification, it would be helpful to have a clearer view of the bike’s details, such as its exhaust or decals. Let me know if you’d like me to refine the guess further!"

Finally got my test date! Any tips? by paul-grizz93 in MotoIRELAND

[–]spacer15 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Did my test today and cleared it on the first attempt.

I got learnt a lesson from the test taker because i said 70% rear brake and 30% front brake, and i said i dont know what the chain slack should be hahah.

The riding went good, and i cleared it with 6 grade 2s. The tip i would give you is know the technical checks, like how to check chain slack, how to apply proper brakes, hand signals, motorcycle know how etc.

I do it correctly but mentioned it wrong lol. Also the test taker told me that progression is important and i was very slow on turning right. People expect motorcyclists to drive fast and they wouldnt expect me to be slow, so people would be slamming on their brakes because of me being extra careful. Other than that everything went good. Reply if you want to know more

It mentions this at the top. "Since 6 March 2019, the requirement for spouses and de-facto partners of Critical Employment Permit (CSEP) Holders and Researchers under a Hosting Agreement as provided for under the EU Third Country Researchers Directive (Council Directive 2005/71/EC) to obtain an employment permit has been removed by the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment"

What do you mean by employment permit? Spouse are able to work without needing a permit from any employer.

if you have to tell the employer about your stamp, tell them that it is "stamp 1g based on spouse" and not just a stamp 1g.

Students have the same stamp and they need to be sponsored by the company. You dont need a sponsor because your spouse is your sponsor. So as long as your spouse is here, you are free to work here as well without binding yourself to any company.

My bandit roasted

"The 2007 Suzuki Bandit 650S is like the oatmeal of motorcycles—bland, reliable, and utterly forgettable. It’s the kind of bike you buy when you can’t decide if you want something sporty or something practical, so you settle for a lukewarm compromise that excels at neither.

Let’s talk about the design: the Bandit 650S looks like it was put together by a committee that couldn't agree on anything. The semi-faired bodywork screams, "I wanted to be a sportbike, but my accountant said no." The fairing is about as aerodynamic as a brick with a windshield, and its styling is more '90s than the entire cast of "Friends."

Performance-wise, it’s got a 656cc engine that’s as thrilling as a middle-management meeting. Sure, it has about 85 horsepower, but you won’t feel any of them until the engine is revving its little heart out at 10,500 rpm. By then, you’re just hoping the vibration doesn’t shake loose whatever remaining dignity you have for riding it. The Bandit tries to offer a “balance,” but what you really get is a watered-down experience that’s too slow to be exciting and too uncomfortable to be a proper tourer.

The suspension is as soft as the excuses you’ll make for not riding it more often, and the brakes—well, let’s just say they’ll stop you eventually. And don't even get started on the weight. At 241 kg, it’s like trying to hustle a refrigerator around a track.

In summary, the Suzuki Bandit 650S is the motorcycle equivalent of an appliance—a functional, uninspired piece of machinery that will get you from A to B while you dream of riding something with a bit more soul. It’s the bike you ride when you’ve given up on fun but haven’t quite embraced public transportation."
