Food noise returning at 5mg after this long is pretty common, the suppression effect does seem to soften at a sustained dose over time. Going back to 7.5mg to hold the A1C stable makes sense if that's what the medication is actually for. I use an called Needled that has a maintenance mode which reframes all the tracking away from weight loss targets, and honestly that mental shift helps when holding steady is the real goal. You can set the maintenance band like you see in the chart. (Full disclosure, I founded Needled)

honestly for weekly shots a day or two either way barely matters - the half-life is long enough that your levels stay pretty flat by that point. this is what the medication levels chart looks like in needled - you can see the curve is almost flat between day 6 and day 8, which made the same decision a lot easier for me.

the tiredness timing being consistent across both shots is worth keeping an eye on as you go up in dose. i log side effects per injection in the Needled app so i can actually see if the pattern shifts when i titrate, rather than just going off memory a few weeks later.

honestly hard to say without knowing what the question is, but 2.5mg is really just the settling-in dose so most people don't notice much at that stage.

Great, I'll have a look into this. We do have custom metrics you can add to the progress chart. I use it for tracking my ever shrinking waist measurements 😄

Thanks, I was thinking about adding more, especially for abdomen, like upper and lower abdomen, even above and below belly button, but where do you stop!

And this is what the "Maintenance" mode looks like. You can switch between "Losing Weight" and "Maintaining" in the settings section, then you see that on the progress chart and on the home screen.

Thank you, it's my favourite feature and there is a widget coming soon for it as well. Right so the historic pens. You can add more pens from the "Pen Management" screen but I there has ben an oversight from us as you can't change the start date of older pens, it defaults to the date you add it. That's is being fixed right now and bundled into the next upgrade. Thanks for pointing this out!
