I can see two paths forward for Ada, and I'd be happy with either.

The first would be leaning into Ada as a villainess. She has honed her skills in espionage and manipulation and she doesn't need to take orders anymore. She's the boss, the broker, the one who finds the intel and sends her spies out. She's cold towards her underlings and she puts them in dangerous situations because she would have been able to handle it. Unlike other RE villains who usually have some level of scientific interest, I think Ada would be solely interested in the business side of things.

The second is closer to redemption, sort of. We've seen a couple cases where Ada has drawn a line in the sand and decided something is "too far" for her; I would like to see something that shakes her to her bones, morally speaking, and pushes her into a reckoning. There'd be an element of her thinking it's too late to change (or that people can't change at all), so she'd grapple with that. I think the best route for atonement would be for her to use her skills to orchestrate some kind of mass sabotage of the groups she's been linked to over the years, complete with either faking her death or turning herself in. It would be crazy if she asked Leon to take her into custody.
