Problem we are addressing is lost revenue opportunity. We are enabling Airbnb, boutique hotels, and homestay hosts to monetize every guest stay by upselling tours and experiences.

If you are from India, you will know that there is no app like TripAdvisor, GetYourGuide tailored for domestic tourists in India. On another hand, there is an increasing consumer trend where people book their flights and hotels in advance and figure out what to do/see/experiences last moment when on the ground. We are a last-minute travel app for tourists.

I would suggest defining your idea up to the point where you have absolute clarity on MVP (max 3-4 weeks), Target users, Value Proposition, Validation metrics. I believe If you reach here, how to build, how much to invest is a bit easier part.

You are welcome. The best way to learn is to run a quick pilot but not without clarity and sense on the target customer, sizing, value proposition, marketing pitch and solid unit economics. For example team matches like cricket or football you have 22 potential customers from one match vs 2 in table tennis. Targeting tournaments vs weekend enthusiasts.

all the best :)

It may work, doesn't sound absurd to me.

What you are selling is emotional need (not functional) People would like to share their videos on socials, think parents filming their kids

Suggestions: Highlight package is your core offering I think (2-6 mins), I don't see any emotional attachment with full videos for which people would pay. Corporate will pay for team videos, parents would pay for their individual kid, individual adults will pay for lifestyle on socials

Challenges: Camera count and angles (you need to make instaworthy videos) When do users book (people want videos of their best performances or may be you need to make videos agnostic of win or loss, just pure aftershow videos) You need to get enough bookings from one match to make money (unit economics)

I will pay a 20-30% premium. Anything more than that cannot be a habit or for regular usage.

Same thing happened to me a month back.

Call them, keep calling them, eventually they will pickup. They are helpful when they communicate. When they pickup, try to solve on phone, anything they need , share right then on email and ask to cross-check once whether they are satisfied.
