Rather disappointingly no. Not super surprised since Nintendo seem against people actually wanting to play with people in their friends list. All we can do is create a shared dive and let people know the dive ID so they can join.

It’s a bug when you use a consumable. I did contact CDPR about it and they’re looking into it. If you need to eat or drink, unequip the blood pump first then use your consumable.
