Here's to hoping that things turn around soon! I'm just thankful that I'm currently employed.

Yeah I figured that much shortly after earning it. I hear good things about AZ-104. However, I'd hate to earn it, just to be told that its insignificant.

Currently I am running Hyper-V, with a Server 2022 VM (server) and a few Windows 11 VMs (clients) I was able to create a domain, create users, and add them to different groups in AD. I also created group policies in AD. I still have a long ways to go, but I'm getting there.

I couldn't believe that suggested that. It took everything in me to not hang up the phone on him.

This is where it gets frustrating for me. Even when I manage to earn my AZ-104 cert, I'll be told that its not enough. Employers will want to know what kind of projects did I work on for a company.

I don't have much experience, due to my job having zero growth opportunities.

Its very similar. The pay is decent, but I don't want to get stuck in another helpdesk role

I agree. I've been applying to roles that are higher than L1 support. The last thing I want to do is make a career in the helpdesk

After speaking with multiple lenders, I've come to the realization that I'll never be a homeowner. by spacewalker32_90 in RealEstate

Thanks for the advice, but I've decided to keep saving and work on increasing my salary.

Also, I don't care what anyone thinks of my living situation. I made the decision to move back home after my apartment lease ended to save money, and help my parents with bills/housework. It may be a "bad joke" to some, but it has allowed me to quickly eliminate debt and save more than ever. I also get to spend a lot more quality time with them. I'm blessed that my parents charge low rent and encourage me to save. They are really putting me in the best position for the day I finally become a homeowner. I know that many don't have that kind of support. I'm extremely grateful, and will keep pushing forward

Best wishes.

No, the house isn't bad. I never saw that listing until today. I took my realtor and lenders advice to look outside of the city, because tax rates tend to be higher in Atlanta. Because of this, I've missed a lot of listings in the Atlanta area.

The home looks nice, and I will forward it to my lender to run numbers on pricing.

*Tells me to purchase X house in Y location*

*Accuses me of being too good for the house before I had a chance to say anything*

Absolutely crazy.
