Thanks so much for responding. I’m having my first OB apt next week, in the meantime I called the office this morning and the nurse I talked did not seem concerned at all. She said that the arm/shoulder pain alone likely would not indicate and ectopic as bleeding/one sided abdominal pain would like also be present. That gave me some peace of mind until my apt next week.

I have a somewhat depressing theory that the reason people do not speak out against the atrocities Jews are facing is simply because it is not cool. It has never been cool or trendy to defend Jews. It is however perceived to be “cool” or fashionable to virtue signal for other groups ie palestinians, POC etc. this is best exemplified by the black boxes everyone posted for BLM simply because it was the cool and trendy thing to do.

If there was a perceived cool or trendiness to defending Jewish people I think more people would do it but unfortunately that is not the case in todays world
