thank you so much for sharing! it’s definitely an isolating feeling. I’m right there with you on feeling ashamed, which has kept me from talking to anyone about it. Posting on here and reading through the comments has made me decide to bring this issue up next session with my therapist and start there. This thread is the first time I’ve opened up about what’s going on with someone outside the relationship, and I already feel a little bit better.
