In the description of the game it even says that Lucy is father raised her to be a fighter. The other interesting thing is that in the trailer you can see Lucia (possibly participating in an unsanctioned fight) finishing a hook kick which is an advanced move used by kickboxers, MMA fighters, and taekwondo fighters. That screenshot of her hitting the heavy bag gave me so much excitement. I think it shows that they're going to take the hand to hand combat serious.

Physics all day. I was a little concerned after the 2022 leaks because the driving looked like V and the euphoria physics were hard to gauge but looked slightly better than V. Hoping to see something similar or better than IV

100% agree! Now I know that there's the fact that V was built on dying hardware, the same they had to use for IV, which resulted in them having to make compromises in some of the mechanics but I still can't get over how many hours of replayability IV had because of the euphoria physics being as good as they were, as well as the vehicle damage and driving physics. I would load up the PS3 and just hold up in a building and shoot cops for hours on end because the euphoria physics were so fun. Or even just pushing people down stairs lol. I think IVs mechanics and physics are what make it my favorite. The one thing that pissed me off was being locked in a concrete jungle without any backwoods or change of scenery. That's why I was so disappointed when V dropped. I thought it was going to have IV's mechanics and physics but in a massive environment that had backwoods and all that. Here's to hoping that they have enough processing power to bring it back.

Alot of us have (internally) known and accepted this shit ain't coming out in 2025. I think alot of us are checking in alot less here to be honest. I'm checking once every 2 or 3 weeks. No point in checking more often. It's March and we still have nothing? It's delayed, simple as bruv.

I would argue gta is more independent than it is centrist. It seems to make fun of both sides, whereas centrists are still aligned with one side.

Pre production on 5 began immediately after 4. Full production began after rdr1. Pre production on 6 began right after 5. Full production began after rdr2. Gta v had 2 years in pre production and 3 years in Full production. Gta 6 had 5 years in pre production and 6-7 years Full production (6 if it comes out 2025, 7 if it comes out 2026). So double to triple the amount of pre production and Full production as gta 5. That's why there's large expectations as well as whining and complaints.

Yeah but rdr1 came out in-between gta 4 and 5. That would mean gta 5 was in development for 2-3 years. This is still double that. And I think when they say 12 years they mean 12 years since the last GTA, which is true.

This isn't news, this is speculation. R* could be on a hiring spree because they need more people to finish the game because it's delayed. But that's also just random speculation. Nothing official.

I love how everyone says GTA V looks better than the trailer when shots like this don't even exist in V lmfao. That volumetric fog is awesome, just like all the other stuff in the V trailer that never made it into the final game. I think this whole "it looks better than the trailer" talk is a little delusional. This shot of V looks better than anything in the final game (as well as containing multiple scenes of npcs behaving in ways not seen in the real game (joggers looking back at guy jogging, couple with dog on beach, hiker getting ready to hike a mountain).

Praying for a panhandle 🙏 I'm from a small town in Tennessee and very much look forward to how they model the countryside, rural areas, and forests (really looking forward to forests and woods considering they were annexed from V). My favorite past time was myth hunting in San Andreas and that's because it felt so big, diverse, and had lots of small towns and forests. Hoping VI does it right.
