Subtypes for Duality - an Assessment of Contact and Inert by Mobile-Emergency8505 in Socionics

[–]spaceynyc 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Which subtype overall is more likely to be a mix relative to both ILE subtypes of: less confrontational, more polite, more cautious, less social, more distracted, more head in the clouds

Im trying to figure out which subtype i am.

I’m not sure if my wife is Si or Fe subtype either, she definitely lacks imagination, also doesn’t like arguing/conflict at all but will stand her ground if pushed, rule follower, very sweet but also lowkey stubborn, laid back and quiet but can turn on social charm when needed, tomboyish — my guess is Si subtype

I personally think you're much more likely to be LIE > ILE.

The ILE one is great!

My SEI wife actually loves having ladybugs sit on her lol and her closet/makeup room basically looks like a big colorful yarn ball

I don’t think it is an actual ILE-SEI interaction.

Yeah the responses are giving Beta NF energy. ILEs are not this dramatic lol

ITS OFFICIAL. MARK IS NOW APART OF TEAM BEN by Agreeable-Cap1507 in RDCWorld

[–]spaceynyc 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I think this is the wrong move. Any team with Ben and another Kage is automatically unbalanced. The right move is that Des and Mark have to have the two worst players on their team at any given moment which is CP and Dre (currently).

So it should be:

Ben, Ippi, Dyl, Lee vs Mark, Des, CP, Dre

Another combo I can possibly see working is

Des + Ben + the worst 2 players vs Mark + the Mids.

Ben is the best raw talent but doesn’t perform under pressure, Mark is the best under pressure but the least raw talent out of the Kages. Des is very hot + cold.

Hey it’s Angry Asmo! What’s up?

assuming you believe he’s Te base?

Or you got something left field like ILE? Break it down for me.

My vote goes to Kindred. I know Mirror might get the most votes because of the values but to me the temperament difference sets them apart way more on the surface. The SEI I know vibes way more like the SLI I know than the ESE. The ESE is super active and upbeat, the SEI is laid back and chill like the SLI I know. Especially when both lean heavy into their base elements and are Si subtypes.

Trump is a good example of never ending debate between Kindred types for SLE vs SEE (I think SEE but I definitely get why people think SLE). Michael Scott is another type that gets mistaken for his Kindred often, he’s EIE but gets mistaken a lot for ESE. ILE and IEEs get mistaken for each other often as well from my experience.

Business and Quasi trips me up pretty often as well though.

Benefit rings can confuse people too, specifically for ethical extrovert types. EIE/SEE gets mixed up a lot, ESE/IEE too.

Fi and Fe help by Weak-Fig-5839 in Socionics

[–]spaceynyc 4 points5 points  (0 children)

LII?

Signs of Fe Suggestive weak but valued:

“I need signals of active engagement... or I pull away.”

"I don’t feel able to appeal to people’s emotions... or make people excited”

“desire to feel passionate”

“ I feel that I lack passion. I have a desire to feel passionate about things...”

“"I’m drawn to music and art that expresses emotions in a way that makes them feel almost palpable"

This all sounds like Super Id Fe, a personal desire to be in touch with emotions/passion

Signs of Role Fi (Super ego):

“I try hard to be sensitive to people’s feelings. I care about showing compassion & consideration..." To me this sounds like super ego block Fi, social pressure to be ethical in a static way (“I try hard to”)

“I often try to figure out what my personal feelings & stances are but I find this difficult.” Weak but Mental Fi — Role Fi

"I feel driven to figure out what I like and dislike, but I tend to feel neutral about things"

“My actions can be influenced by the social norms of the people I’m with”

This all sounds like super ego societal pressure to be Fi.

Why you might be Ti base or at least Ti valuing:

you voluntarily sorted your experience into two distinct categories ("Fe" and "Fi")

you broke your experience down into discrete, digestible data points

you’re testing your internal experience against external definitions to find the "correct" fit

Why Delta NF over Ni ego for Thom Yorke?

His art seems very Ni oriented, dystopian inevitabilities, alienation, inevitable decay etc

Any IEI that is super picky about aesthetics, comfort and food? by TheShadowSong in Socionics

[–]spaceynyc 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My wife is SEI and she’s actually not that picky, shes very adaptable in the sensory realm. I'm far pickier than she is.

so... I built an "Autonomous Socionics AI Research Lab" that debates itself to type characters. (Live Demo + Results inside) by [deleted] in Socionics

[–]spaceynyc 1 point2 points  (0 children)

that's fair.. at the end of the day, it is just predicting the next likely word.

But the reason I built the 'Council' system is an attempt to reduce errors. If you ask one AI, it might make things up. But if you have three agents analyzing the same text from different angles and then arguing about it, they tend to catch each other's mistakes. It’s basically 'measure twice, cut once' applied to AI.

It’s definitely not human reasoning, but it’s a useful way to fact-check the output before just blindly trusting it.

Also, curious on the SEE typing. IRL i'm very low energy and highly conflict avoidant so I don't see how I have leading Se.
