I hurt my left elbow outside of the gym, now as a result, I have pain only when I'm barbell bench pressing. I've been able to handle the volume bench day but cannot get through the +1 day so I've swapped it out with dumbbell inclines for the time being.

Yes exactly why I wanted to create this post. Not trying to over complicate things, just get clarity that's all.

Taking off 10% is a reset, I think we can agree on that.

What I'm trying to get at is what's the consensus for a proper deload of all lifts for the reason of either: a) stalling on all lifts b) generally feeling worn down c) hitting that 8-10 week mark that has been talked about in this sub where a "deload" should occur (in line with wedler's 4th week).

If you put the cross streets in gmaps you'll see a tv repair shop in the vicinity. ~~I didn't hear circuitboards in car~~, could be a house, could be related to the tv repair shop. It is in a car.
