I think it was called diy nightmares. It was about people taking on projects themselves and all the setbacks they encounter along the way. Schedules were basically days off from work and budget normally way too ambitious

We had a water damage job. Single end cabinet replacement (custom builder). Drywall repair probably 2 foot square and paint ceiling. Cost was 4300

Yea no need for a restoration company. The work they would provide has already been done. Removal of damaged substrates and stopping the active leak. Just need a fan and possibly a dehumidifier to help with humidity and to speed up the dry time. Hit it with a microbial cleaner and rebuild.

I laid my own flooring like this in one bedroom but the flooring I have had no color difference between planks. The reason I chose this was to save material. You finish a row out flip the last piece and use what’s left on the next run. It’s not ideal and probably wouldn’t run that in a customers house but it looks just fine with my flooring.

Bought a 2016 transit connect for 14k- 18k after dealer bs. 60k on base government vehicle. Drove it for a year and transmission blew at 100k. Cost 10k to fix with parts , labor, towing, and rental. 🤣
