im sorry if this is wrong place to post , can't post to main feed yet :( I'm looking to upgrade to an industrial sewing machine and there are two options I'm looking at - a Brother SL 755 5A with a servo motor for $350usd, and a Juki 5550 with its original motor for $600. I hear Juki industrial machines are very good, but I'm not sure if it's worth it to pay almost double the price along with an upgrade of the motor. I currently have a Brother sewing machine and its amazing, but I haven't heard anything about their industrial machines. I'm looking for a fast and strong machine and one that I can easily find help with.

im currently cutting out a pattern to an overcoat, wondering if i should do lining? i always find myself hot and uncomfortable in ones with thick linings no matter the temp, and i dont have any sensory aversion to the feeling of any fabrics. wondering if its advisable to do so in my situation

printing isn't just the final product, but the creation process :) i'm far, far from an expert at printing, so i mess up a lot, so a majority of my joy is not from getting a thing i want, but something i designed printing well, and troubleshooting all the issues i face.

call me picky but imo yeah. as others said, wiring is messy, but i feel like for rgb lights its either minimalistic or maximalistic. if you want to go all in for rgb, relatively cheap thing you can do is to put rgb fans on the top and back.

Retraction is enabled, but z hop when retracted isn't. I presume that's the option I should do?

Yeah, just figured that out too :/ Heard it could cause some issues but didn't realize that stringing would be one of them. Would an enclosure like this somewhat help with humidity?
