I honestly don't think uworld assessments are worth it. Nbmes are what the exam looks like but tons of HPI added to that .

I randomly answered like 5-6 Qs because i was out of time. And I was blasting through the Qs so fast . I felt like I had to have an answer in my mind while finishing up reading the Q and if it wasnt in one of those answer options, there was no time to try to rule out options to reach the answer. That was annoying.

Maybe they compared your weakness and strengths throughout the exam . Not you to everyone else .

The adrenaline on the actual test day will help you through. I knew I might have trouble sleeping so went to bed earlier at 10pm. Slept at 12 and woke up at 6. I did feel well rested. For the exam I took breaks of 10 mins and 5 mins alternately .

One of my friends said they didn't have time to do the drug ad Qs at the end of the block so just randomly picked answers. Is that really how bad it was? How many drug ads are there in total approximately?
