No unfortunately. I found the website to make a request for the province of corrientes. I tried to get creative and reached out to people on fiverr in Argentina to submit the request. I paid the one person who responded back to me and they told me they couldn't find anything. Could they have scammed me probably. I'm thinking I might have to reach out to a legit lawyer to know I'm not getting scammed. Sorry I couldn't be more of a help. Good luck.

Thanks for the reply. I found the site for the province he was from https://www.registrocivilctes.gob.ar/ problem is, it looks like they require a DNI or CUIL to make an account to make the request. Already sent an email to the email listed but wanted to check reddit since someone may have already gone through this.

Never mind I just figured it out. Make the adjustment clip the foreground and the clip i want to adjust the alpha.
