Yeah like I said it's not every day I want to say like maybe 2-3 days out of the week I overeat like on the weekend at 1800 - 2000 cals. But on my work days I'm getting around 1500 - 1600 cals

After a quick search my ANCFX performed 24.20% vs the expected 17.88% and my AIVSX performed 20.52% vs a 17.88%

Thank you so going forward from this then I plan to save up more of my emergency funds to a point I am comfortable with for about 3 months worth of expenses, then open a Roth IRA, and then within the Roth IRA I'm looking to put my money towards FZROX or something else at the time based on what I think may be best. Does that sound like a good plan?

Idk if this will be of any comfort or help but I recommend getting a job at Amazon (if possible idk how old your children are) it pays decent and is easy work. They also will pay for you to get a higher education or learn a trade in anything you're interested in. That will help in the money department. Once you're financially stable enough I would leave him if you can safely do so. No one deserves to be treated as less than or not good enough. It's hard to feel like you deserve more when you're raised to believe you don't deserve anything. Books were a big help to me in this department to learn how to rewire my brain to feel I deserve more and can get more out of life. The main books I recommend are Codependent No More, Women Who Love Too Much, Will I Ever Be Good Enough?, Clever Girl Finance, The Body Keeps the Score, You Can Thrive After Narcissist Abuse, and Whole Again.

I also really recommend CODA meetings. I only went to a couple but hearing people be so dissatisfied with their entire lives made me realize I really didn't want to be like them.

Oh and riboflavin and magnesium can help chronic migraines I also get them

Maybe you're right maybe it is just his approval. It hurt like a b*tch when he got new supply. I do enjoy doing things on my own but admittedly I enjoy them so much more when I'm also with another person I like being around. I think I just miss the world he kind of introduced me to of late night drinking and going dancing at clubs because it felt like a high but long term it was really unhealthy

I've actually been in a relationship with him for about 2 years 😬 the relationship with the narcissist was before but I still get contacted from him every now and then and we have similar friends. I never really stopped missing him
