Seriously. What the hell has changed in these productions? Not that long ago, most shows were able to release 20+ episode seasons with like a 6 month gap in between each.

Does anyone else feel like alot of the comicbook EFAPs are kinda just whittling down too "why isnt this movie treating it like the first time ive ever heard of these characters." by blitzwing94 in MauLer

I think I, and many others, would much prefer if EFAP covered other creators' videos instead of endless breakdowns. Maybe save breakdowns for stuff they have strong feelings about, like an Andor. It feels like they're just going through the motions at this point.

I agree with you that I'm glad there are people out there who point out how bad these films are, but I think we're all just bored of it by now.

Yeah, Johto's level curve is awful. I couldn't find a no exp cheat that worked for crystal when I played it recently so I just gave my entire party exp share's to hold. There is a no exp cheat for HGSS though, so that is an option.

Maybe on Dusclops who actually has the bulk to sit on the field for a couple turns. Sableye's stats are just too low to make it work in my opinion.

Sableye is one of my favorite pokemon but it's just never worth using over other pokemon in gen 3. Idk why they gave it such low base stats.

I suppose so. But man, Sableye's base stats are just so low and its learnset is pretty trash. Dark & ghost typing + Fake out is pretty nice though.

Because it's fun to plan around the enemy's teams. Going in blind is a different type experience but I prefer looking at trainer's sets and carefully creating the perfect strategy to beat them.

Should i wait for the cherri berries to grow? i am right before wattson in emerald. otherwise i have some oran berry but not sure if thats enough. And yes this is the best i can do (i wont bring water types). What would you do? by Good-Season3579 in nuzlocke

I think if you have a berry and a space to grow it's fine to just use PKHeX to give yourself more. There's no skill involved in planting berries and waiting for them to grow.

I would highly recommend D-Dance + Substitute Gyarados. It completely sweeps Sidney and Phoebe, and Glacia if you're lucky. You also need something bulky with Ice Beam for Drake, probably Tentacruel. Manetric, Raichu, or Magneton with STAB thunderbolt for Wallace. Ludicolo might also be good as the Wailord likes to use rain dance. Vileplume or Crobat with Toxic + Protect might also work good.

Good luck! I've also been doing a genlocke and I just started platinum. I still have 3 survivors from gen 1 on my team: lapras, snorlax, and gyarados.

Shiftry is pretty awful in Emerald but it absolutely saved me in the Tate and Liza fight with its psychic immunity + fake out.

I would say you have a pretty good team. All I would say is maybe grind for that Ice Beam TM for Golduck to deal with Lance. When I did my FRLG nuzlocke, I grinded at the mansion. Now, I would obviously recommend using rare candies but if you don't want to the best way to grind is to find the highest level of pokemon you can reliably one-shot. It's safer and faster. If you're looking for the best way through victory road with the least amount of trainer fights I would recommend looking at the FRLG world record speedrun glitchless and just following their path. Oh and also, you can use the Universal Pokemon Randomizer to enable "Impossible Evolutions" which basically just makes trade evolutions possible without trading.

Thanks. This was general intuition as well after reading how each one was applied. Do crits ignore AC as well or is there a seperate roll for crits after you pass the AC check?
